Student password resetting:

• Password must be at least 8 characters long ( any characters and/or numbers)

• Password must not have been used before

• Password cannot be reset within 2 days by the User. Individual pupil passwords can be reset by C2k Manager.

• Password will expire in 120 days

• A message will be displayed to alert the user if any of the password criteria isn't met.

To change your password you need to know what your old password was.
